The Penn Main Business Association and Lawrenceville Corporation were the recipients of the Mainstreets Pittsburgh 2004 Excellence in Design Award for our district branding efforts, banners, and community mural.
First floor: reception area with adjoining clerical office; two offices with large conference room; bathroom.
Second floor: open area with administrative office fronting Penn Avenue; bathroom with kitchenette area; storage area; secured electronic entry front door access.
