Sitting at the upper section of Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood, the Penn Main Business District provides easy access to the adjacent neighborhoods of Bloomfield, Friendship, Garfield, and the Strip District. Our district takes its name from the intersection at Penn Avenue and Main Street, which connects Bloomfield to Lawrenceville’s Butler Street Business District. Our district is also within 10 minutes’ drive to the heart of the Oakland neighborhood, home to the city’s major medical and educational institutions.
